Delete your Zooyale account

Use this form to ask us to permanently delete your Zooyale account, in-game progress, virtual items and personal data. This request is processed manually within 30 days.

Before you submit

  • Deletion is irreversible. Virtual currency (COIN, GEM), cosmetics, ranks and progress will be permanently lost and cannot be restored.
  • If your account is linked to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, that link is removed and you can later start a fresh anonymous session.
  • Records required by law (purchase / IAP records, ban records) are retained per the Privacy Policy §8 even after deletion.
  • The fastest path is in-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This form is the backup channel if you can't access the in-app option.
